Quel kilométrage le moteur a-t-il fait et peut-il être vérifié ?

The Mileage is gotten from the donor vehicle and can only be verified once still in vehicle or with history. Due to the thousands of engines we deal with, We now grade our Engines instead.

Quels modes de paiement acceptez-vous et est-ce sécurisé ?


Nous n'acceptons que les virements bancaires et ils sont validés par votre banque grâce à l'utilisation de l'identification IBAN. C'est sécurisé car votre banque a déjà validé notre société. Nous acceptons également les cartes de débit/crédit, mais il existe des restrictions et le moteur ne peut être envoyé qu'à l'adresse vérifiée par l'émetteur de la carte et non à l'adresse de livraison.

Où se trouve votre emplacement et puis-je récupérer un moteur ?


Nous sommes une société en ligne basée sur Internet avec des entrepôts européens et expédions uniquement directement aux clients. Nous n'acceptons pas les clients dans vos entrepôts. Toutes les informations et images sont sur chaque annonce. Il n'y a pas d'exceptions

Où puis-je trouver mon code moteur et pourquoi est-ce important ?


Chaque moteur a un code et vous pouvez l'obtenir sur certaines parties du moteur ou vous pouvez obtenir votre numéro d'immatriculation et demander au fabricant. Nous fournissons des moteurs basés sur des codes et nous ne rembourserons pas si un mauvais code ou moteur est envoyé

Que se passe-t-il si mon moteur est endommagé à son arrivée ou ne fonctionne pas ?


Les clients doivent inspecter les moteurs avant de les accepter des expéditeurs. Si le moteur du véhicule ne fonctionne pas, nous vous rappellerons et vous proposerons un remplacement. Nous ne couvrons pas les frais de mécanicien ou de garage

D'où viennent ces moteurs et aurai-je exactement ce qu'il y a dans les images ?


Certains sont neufs, certains sont reconditionnés et le reste provient de véhicules accidentés.
Parce que nous avons tellement de moteurs, vous en recevrez un qui est similaire aux photos et nous vous dirons s'il sera livré avec un alternateur, une pompe AC, un Turbo, etc. OU NON

TERMES ET CONDITIONS


All motors are supplied and fitted on an exchange basis. Otherwise, a surcharge is applied The engines purchased will comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and will be of "satisfactory quality" unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. Engines will have a minimum 30-day warranty and only parts listed on your invoice/receipt are covered by the warranty. If a part supplied by us is found to be defective during this period, it may be returned to us for exchange. If no exchange is available within 7 days, a refund will be given. Basic motors carry no warranties or warranties Any part(s) properly supplied by us and returned to us within 3 days is subject to a 20% processing fee at the discretion of the managers. Cancellation by the customer of any order made will be subject to 30% of the total payment made, provided that the standard cancellation period of 14 days is not met. Bespoke orders such as engine shutdowns are not included and any partial refunds will be at the discretion of the company. Customers must indicate if accessories are required. If the request has been made, indicating the complete engine you are looking for, it means the head, block and sump, it does not mean with the accessories as these can be sold separately, any accessories left on the engine, e.g. water pump, cam belt (we always recommend fitting a new cam belt) are given free of charge and are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is void if a part supplied has been tampered with in any way, i.e. seal broken, disassembled, etc. No part may be altered, altered, or disassembled in any way (except for routine service settings) without our permission. Failure to comply with these terms will void your warranty/warranty. Our warranty only covers the part. Refunds will only be made upon return of the merchandise to our premises. All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing belt/cam belt/chain and filled with new oil upon installation. Failure to comply with this procedure will result in the void of the warranty/warranty. Gearboxes must be filled with new oil during installation.
