All motors are supplied and fitted on an exchange basis. Otherwise, a surcharge is applied The engines purchased will comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and will be of "satisfactory quality" unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. Engines will have a minimum 30-day warranty and only parts listed on your invoice/receipt are covered by the warranty. If a part supplied by us is found to be defective during this period, it may be returned to us for exchange. If no exchange is available within 7 days, a refund will be given. Basic motors carry no warranties or warranties Any part(s) properly supplied by us and returned to us within 3 days is subject to a 20% processing fee at the discretion of the managers. Cancellation by the customer of any order made will be subject to 30% of the total payment made, provided that the standard cancellation period of 14 days is not met. Bespoke orders such as engine shutdowns are not included and any partial refunds will be at the discretion of the company. Customers must indicate if accessories are required. If the request has been made, indicating the complete engine you are looking for, it means the head, block and sump, it does not mean with the accessories as these can be sold separately, any accessories left on the engine, e.g. water pump, cam belt (we always recommend fitting a new cam belt) are given free of charge and are not covered by this warranty.
